During the ‘pandemic’ I was driving for many, many hours to retrieve my daughter and then my son from their aborted trips abroad. At one point I thought I was lost and was looking for a sign. I looked up and saw a red kite. Along a short stretch of road through an area of outstanding natural beauty I saw eleven red kites. The symbolism of these birds is divine glory, visionary power and effortless patience. I felt so blessed and so reassured to see them at that moment and in these times of rapid changes.
